Περιγραφή: The article, on the basis of documents from the central archives, examines the problem of deviant labor behavior of young citizens of the USSR who worked at enterprises and studied at educational institutions of the labor reserve system in the 1940s. The forms of labor deviations of working youth are considered, their mass character is shown. The reasons that pushed workers and students of FZO schools and colleges who were newly employed in production to leave educational institutions and factories without authorization are analyzed, it is shown that the difficult living conditions of young people were the dominant motive for their flight from production. Concrete examples demonstrate the bureaucratic - sometimes soulless - attitude towards the needs of working youth on the part of the authorities, which had a systematic character. It is noted that it was conditioned by the approach to labor personnel, as to a cog in the production machine. The author shows that in the second half of the 1940s, the state policy of recruiting young people into the system of educational institutions did not meet the capabilities of the population; the call-up figures for him were "unbearable". The ongoing mobilization activities met with passive resistance, namely, flight from the route to the schools of the FZO and colleges, as well as directly from them, draft evasion, etc.
В статье, на базе документов центральных архивов, исследуется проблема девиантного трудового поведения молодых граждан СССР, работавших на предприятиях и обучавшихся в учебных заведениях системы трудовых резервов в 1940-е годы. Рассматриваются формы трудовых девиаций рабочей молодежи, показан их массовые характер. Проанализированы причины, толкавшие вновь поступавших на производство рабочих и учеников школ ФЗО и училищ на самовольное оставление учебных заведений и заводов, показано, что трудные бытовые условия жизни молодежи являлись доминирующим побудительным мотивом ее бегства с производства. На конкретных примерах демонстрируется бюрократическое - подчас бездушное - отношение к нуждам рабочей молодежи со стороны начальства, имевшее систематический характер. Отмечается, что оно обуславливалось подходом к трудовым кадрам, как к винтику производственной машины. Автор показывает, что во второй половине 1940-х годов государственная политика призыва молодежи в систему учебных заведений не отвечала возможностям населения; цифры призыва для него были «неподъемными». Проводившиеся мобилизационные мероприятия встречали пассивное сопротивление, а именно бегство с маршрута следования в школы ФЗО и училища, а также непосредственно из них, уклонение от призыва и пр.
