Description: topicality of the article bases on the importance of protecting the rights and interests of fathers by the state. The main purpose of this article is to analyze individual ways of protecting the rights and interests of fathers, to identify problematic issues, to suggest ways to solve them. The author used general scientific (dialectical, methods of analysis, synthesis) and private scientific methods (formal legal). She emphasizes that certain provisions of federal legislation in the field of protecting the rights and interests of fathers need to be improved. The author suggests her own ways of improving the current legislation in the area under consideration.
актуальность статьи обусловлена важностью защиты прав и интересов отцов со стороны государства. Цель статьи – проанализировать отдельные способы защиты прав и интересов отцов, выявить проблемные моменты, а также предложить пути их решения. Автором были использованы общенаучные методы (диалектический, анализа, синтеза) и частно-научные методы, в частности формально-юридический. Сделан вывод, что отдельные положения федерального законодательства в области защиты прав и интересов отцов нуждаются в доработке. Автор предлагает свои пути совершенствования действующего законодательства в рассматриваемой области.
