| Description: | The article focuses on the role, nature and significance of culture in the age of Great Change, which is habitually associated with the time of the Apocalypse. It examines which ideas and changes in culture become decisive and how mythology changes during this period. It is shown how myths explain the upheaval and justify the change. The nature of the cause, nature and meaning of change is revealed. The experiences of previous epochs of change are linked to the impending global transition to a new world order. Russia's experience, role and place in an apocalyptic age of change are clarified. Статья посвящена роли, характеру и значению культуры в эпоху Великих перемен, которую привычно связывает с временем Апокалипсиса. Рассматривается, какие идеи и изменения в культуре становятся решающими, а также как в этот период меняется мифология. Показывается, как мифы объясняют потрясения и обосновывают перемены. Раскрывается природа причины, природа и значение перемен. Увязывается опыт предыдущих переломных эпох с надвигающимся глобальным переходом к новому миропорядку.
