Строительство промышленных объектов нефтяной и газовой отраслях требует немалых инвестиционных затрат, которые изначально закладываются в проекте. В ходе реализации проекта особое значение должно отводится анализу риск-образующих факторов, существенно изменяющих сметную стоимость строительства. Эффективность управления инвестиционными затратами зависит от информационно-аналитического обеспечения этого процесса, что возможно путем систематизации видов рисков по стадиям проекта с выделением возможных расходных статей с привязкой к центрам ответственности в учетной системе предприятия. Реализация данного подхода рассмотрена в настоящей статье. The construction of industrial facilities in the oil and gas industry requires considerable investment costs, which are initially included in the project. During the implementation of the project, particular importance should be given to the analysis of risk-generating factors that significantly change the estimated cost of construction. The effectiveness of investment cost management depends on the information and analytical support of this process, which is possible by systematizing the types of risks by stages of the project with the allocation of possible expense items with reference to the centers of responsibility in the accounting system of the enterprise. The implementation of this approach is discussed in this article. |
