Сегодня же особое значение уделяется качеству жизни, поэтому освоение, развитие, благоустройство прибрежных территорий становится одной из приоритетных задач создания комфортной городской среды. Целью статьи является изменение депрессивных, нереализованных зон путем возведения новых жилых комплексов, нежилых, общественных площадок и различных объектов инфраструктуры. Для этого в статье проведен анализ состояния жилого фонда России и последовательность проведения реновации, что позволило выявить достоинства и основные недостатки комплексного развития территорий (КРТ), которые необходимо исправить для удачной реализации в границах города Казань. Today, special attention is paid to the quality of life, so the development, development, improvement of coastal areas is becoming one of the priorities in creating a comfortable urban environment. The purpose of the article is to change depressive, unrealized areas through the construction of new residential complexes, non-residential, public areas and various infrastructure facilities. To do this, the article analyzes the state of the housing stock in Russia and the sequence of renovation, which made it possible to identify the advantages and main disadvantages of the integrated development of territories (ITD), which must be corrected for successful implementation within the city of Kazan. |
