В статье представлены результаты исследования сложившейся модели организации оплаты труда работников зернового производства агропредприятия, определены основные проблемы и предложен механизм ее адаптации к рыночным условиям - внедрение оплаты труда от валового дохода. The article presents the results of a study of the existing model of the organization of remuneration for workers in grain production of an agricultural enterprise, identifies the main problems and proposes a mechanism for its adaptation to market conditions - the introduction of remuneration from gross income. |
