| Description: | В статье авторами проведена оценка бюджетной обеспеченности и анализ планового исполнения доходов и расходов бюджета Камчатского края на 2021-2023 гг. В результате проведенного анализа были выявлены две основные проблемы бюджета Камчатского края: рост дефицита бюджета и его дотационность. Основными решениями этих проблем послужат сокращение расходов и развитие экономического потенциала региона. Все это позволит увеличить доходы бюджета субъекта и оптимизировать его расходы. In the article, the authors assessed the budgetary security and analyzed the planned execution of revenues and expenditures of the budget of the Kamchatka Territory for 2021-2023. As a result of the analysis, two main problems of the budget of the Kamchatka Territory were identified: the growth of the budget deficit and its subsidization. The main solutions to these problems will be to reduce costs and develop the economic potential of the region. All this will increase the budget revenues of the subject and optimize its expenses. |
