| Description: | Смешанное тревожное и депрессивное расстройство представляет собой сложную коморбидность, характеризующуюся одновременным наличием признаков тревоги и депрессии у пациентов, что усиливает негативную симптоматику и осложняет процесс лечения. По отдельности невозможно выделить наиболее доминирующую категорию, что не позволяет поставить диагноз депрессивного расстройства или расстройства, связанного с тревогой и страхом. Анализ и исследование корреляции тревожных и депрессивных расстройств определяется разнородностью клинических проявлений и повышением суицидальных тенденций. Смешанное тревожное и депрессивное расстройство относится к группе невротических расстройств, основной характеристикой, которых является осознания наличия болезни и неспособность самостоятельно преодолеть беспокоящий фактор. В статье проанализированы клинико-психологические особенности пациентов с данным расстройством и представлены результаты диагностики проявления тревоги и депрессии. Полученные данные могут быть использованы в практической работе клинических психологов. Mixed anxiety and depressive disorder is a complex comorbidity characterized by the simultaneous presence of signs of anxiety and depression in patients, which increases negative symptoms and complicates the treatment process. Individually, it is impossible to single out the most dominant category, which does not allow a diagnosis of depressive disorder or anxiety and fear disorders. The analysis and study of the correlation of anxiety and depressive disorders is determined by the heterogeneity of clinical manifestations and an increase in suicidal tendencies. Mixed anxiety and depressive disorder belongs to a group of neurotic disorders, the main characteristic of which is awareness of the presence of the disease and the inability to overcome the disturbing factor on their own. The article analyzes the clinical and psychological characteristics of patients with this disorder and presents the results of the diagnosis of anxiety and depression.
