Определяющими факторами устойчивого развития экономики, в том числе ее аграрной составляющей, выступает поиск направлений оптимизации инвестиционного портфеля с учетом особенностей и конкурентных преимуществ каждого региона. Для Липецкой области, являющейся активным производителем и экспортером сельскохозяйственной продукции, этот вопрос особенно важен. Вместе с тем, инвестиционная привлекательность регионального агропромышленного комплекса сдерживается низкой кадровой составляющей, уровнем развития производства, создания и использования инноваций, институциональной средой, социальными и потребительскими ограничениями. Применяемые в настоящее время меры не обеспечивают достаточного объема инвестиций. The determining factors of sustainable development of the economy, including its agricultural component, is the search for ways to optimize the investment portfolio, taking into account the characteristics and competitive advantages of each region. This issue is particularly important for the Lipetsk region, which is an active producer and exporter of agricultural products. At the same time, the investment attractiveness of the regional agro-industrial complex is limited by the low personnel component, the level of production development, creation and use of innovations, the institutional environment, social and consumer restrictions. Current measures do not provide sufficient investment. |
