В настоящее время для страны инновационная активность предприятий является весомым фактором развития экономики в целом, особенно если экономика находится в кризисном состоянии. Однако, при этом и предприятия, и государство имеют ограниченные ресурсы для обеспечения действенности применения всех возможных инструментов инновационной политики. Из-за этих условий особое значение приобретает совершенствование инструментов инновационной политики. Объектом исследования является инструмент реализации инновационной политики промышленных предприятий, исходя из специфики ее реализации на макро -и микроуровнях. В статье представлена декомпозиция инструментов инновационной политики промышленных предприятий с учетом их конфликтности и мультипликации действия. Сформированы группы неконфликтующих инструментов на макро -и микроуровнях в соответствии с политиками «технологического толчка» и «догоняющего развития». Currently, for the country, the innovative activity of enterprises is a significant factor in the development of the economy as a whole, especially if the economy is in a state of crisis. However, at the same time, both enterprises and the state have limited resources to ensure the effectiveness of the use of all possible instruments of innovation policy. Because of these conditions, the improvement of innovation policy instruments is of particular importance. The object of the study is a tool for implementing the innovation policy of industrial enterprises, based on the specifics of its implementation at the macro and micro levels. The article presents the decomposition of the instruments of innovation policy of industrial enterprises, taking into account their conflict and multiplication of action. Groups of non-conflicting instruments have been formed at the macro and micro levels in accordance with the policies of «technological push» and «catch-up development». |
