Description: Аннотация. Почитание священномученика Климента Римского стало общеизвестным и значимым феноменом в пространстве христианской культуры, прежде всего, в агиографической традиции, иконографии и богослужебной литературе. В контексте международного научного дискурса культ Климента преимущественно рассматривался на примере Чехии, Моравии и стран Северной Европы, в то время как его присутствие в англосаксонской и британской традиции остается не изученным. Настоящее исследование открывает новое направление в изучении почитания святого в Великобритании. Abstract. The veneration of the Holy Martyr Clement of Rome has become a well-known and significant phenomenon in space of Christian culture, primarily in the hagiographic tradition, iconography and liturgical literature. In the context of international scientific discourse, the cult of Clement was mainly considered through the example of Czechia, Moravia and the countries of Northern Europe, while his presence in the Anglo-Saxon and British traditions remains unexplored. The present study opens up a new direction in the study of veneration of the Saint in Great Britain.
