Περιγραφή: Рассматривается эффективность деятельности местного самоуправления. Автор обращается к генезису понятия «эффективность» в экономической и юридической науке и особенностям оценки эффективности. Анализируются подходы к определению эффективности деятельности местного самоуправления; вырабатывается авторское понимание эффективности деятельности местного самоуправления и способы ее оценки. Формируются выводы о недостаточной разработанности результативной системы оценки эффективности местного самоуправления. Предлагаются дополнительные показатели оценки эффективности деятельности, способствующие повышению уровню оценки работы местной власти. The efficiency of local self-government activity is considered. The author refers to the genesis of the concept of "efficiency" in economic and legal science and the specifics of efficiency assessment. Approaches to determining the effectiveness of local self-government activities are analyzed; develops the author's understanding of the effectiveness of local self-government and ways to evaluate it. Conclusions are drawn about the insufficient development of an effective system for assessing the effectiveness of local self-government. Additional indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of activities are proposed that contribute to an increase in the level of evaluation of the work of local authorities.
