В статье рассматриваются процессы трансформации культурной идентичности. Концепция транскультурации позволяет объяснить возникающие в условиях модернизации новые гибридные проявления культурной идентичности. Культурная идентичность бурятского и русского населения сегодня значительно определяет структуру их трудовой занятости. Данный процесс можно назвать гибридизацией традиционных производственных ниш, он является проявлением феномена транскультурации в условиях модернизации. The article observes the processes of transformation of cultural identity. The concept of transculturation allows us to explain the new «hybrid» manifestations of cultural identity that arise in the context of modernization. The cultural identity of the Buryat and Russian populations today significantly determines the structure of their employment. This process can be called «hybridization» of traditional production niches, which is a phenomenon of transculturation in conditions of modernization. |
