| Description: | The article considers the purpose of judicial investigation through the prism of two planes: subjective and objective. The author proposes the author’s concept of the multicomponent nature of the target of a judicial investigation. The components of the judicial investigation include: the achievement of justice; the establishment of the circumstances to be proved; protection of the rights and legitimate interests of persons involved in the judicial investigation; the desire for internal conviction of the court to prove the circumstances of the case; educational focus of the judicial investigation. Рассматривается цель судебного следствия в двух плоскостях: cубъективной и объективной. Предлагается авторская концепция многокомпонентности цели судебного следствия. К компонентам судебного следствия автор относит: достижение правосудия; установление обстоятельств, подлежащих доказыванию; защиту прав и законных интересов лиц, участвующих на судебном следствии; стремление к внутренней убежденности суда по доказанности обстоятельств дела; воспитательную нацеленность судебного следствия. |
