The paper analyzes the current state and prospects of humanitarian cooperation between Russia and China as an important instrument for strengthening bilateral relations and shaping a positive international image. The following objectives were set and achieved in the course of the research: 1.To examine the concept of humanitarian cooperation and its significance in international relations; 2.To study the main directions of humanitarian cooperation; 3.To identify the key stages of Russia–China humanitarian cooperation; 4.To analyze major programs, projects, and initiatives in the fields of education, culture, and science; 5.To identify the main challenges in humanitarian interaction between the two countries; 6.To explore the role of digital technologies and media platforms in the development of Russia–China humanitarian cooperation; 7.To consider the prospects for further development of humanitarian cooperation. The research is based on the analysis of interstate agreements, academic and analytical sources, and reveals a positive trend in Russia–China humanitarian cooperation despite existing challenges. The study proposes measures for strengthening this cooperation, including the development of academic exchanges, cultural projects, and digital platforms.
Работа анализирует текущее состояние и перспективы гуманитарного сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем как важного инструмента укрепления двусторонних отношений и формирования позитивного международного имиджа. В ходе исследования были поставлены и решены следующие задачи: 1.Рассмотреть понятие гуманитарное сотрудничество и его значение в международных отношениях; 2.Изучить основные направления гуманитарного сотрудничества; 3.Выделить основные этапы российско-китайского гуманитарного сотрудничества; 4.Проанализировать ключевые программы, проекты и инициативы российско-китайских связей в сфере образования, культуры и науки; 5.Выявить основные проблемы в гуманитарном взаимодействии двух стран; 6.Изучить роль цифровых технологий и медиаплатформ в развитии гуманитарного сотрудничества между Россией и Китаем; 7.Рассмотреть перспективы развития гуманитарного сотрудничества. Работа основана на анализе документов и научных источников и выявляет положительную динамику российско-китайского гуманитарного сотрудничества. В исследовании предложены меры по его укреплению, включая развитие академических обменов, культурных проектов и цифровых платформ. |
