| Description: | the article is devoted to the analysis of the information openness of the judiciary. The relevance of the topic is due to an increase in the role of courts in the state and society, changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation affecting issues of the activities of these state authorities. Various ways of accessing information on the activities of the courts (submission of documents in electronic form, use of the federal system of the GAS «Justice») were considered. It is said about the problems of openness and accessibility of information, about the judicial authorities. статья посвящена анализу информационной открытости судебной власти. Актуальность темы обусловлена повышением роли судов в государстве и обществе, изменениями в законодательстве РФ, затрагивающими вопросы деятельности этих органов государственной власти. Рассмотрены различные способы доступа к информации о деятельности судов (подача документов в электронном виде, использование ГАС «Правосудие»). Освещены проблемы открытости и доступности информации в контексте деятельности органов судебной власти. |
