В статье рассматриваются такие функции регулирования банковской деятельности, как надзор и контроль. Определено их влияние на стабилизацию банковской системы РФ. Анализируются современные направления и тенденции надзора и контроля за деятельностью российских кредитных организаций. Рассмотрены основные перспективы развития системы контроля и надзора за банковской деятельностью в Российской Федерации. При написании статьи были использованы следующие методы: обзор научных работ по вопросам развития банковского сектора, аналитический и сравнительный методы. Результаты исследования подчеркивают важность совершенствования регулирования и контроля за деятельностью кредитных организаций в целях поддержания стабильности банковской системы и обеспечения надлежащей защиты интересов вкладчиков и кредиторов. The article examines such functions of banking regulation as supervision and control. Their influence on the stabilization of the banking system of the Russian Federation is determined. The article analyzes current trends and trends in supervision and control over the activities of Russian credit institutions. The main prospects for the development of the system of control and supervision of banking activities in the Russian Federation are considered. When writing the article, the following methods were used: a review of scientific works on the development of the banking sector, analytical and comparative methods. The results of the study emphasize the importance of improving regulation and control over the activities of credit institutions in order to maintain the stability of the banking system and ensure proper protection of the interests of depositors and creditors. |
