Περιγραφή: На конкретном примере рассмотрена технология выполнения всех этапов работ по формированию земельного участка, начиная с первичного осмотра местности и заканчивая передачей готового пакета документов для государственного кадастрового учета в Единый государственный реестр недвижимости, для строительства объекта социальной инфраструктуры – многоуровневой парковки. Сделан вывод о рациональности использования современного многоуровневого паркинга, как способа решения проблемы избыточного количества автотранспорта на улицах города Краснодара и нехватки места для его размещения. Using a concrete example, the technology of performing all stages of work on the formation of a land plot is considered, starting with the initial inspection of the area and ending with the transfer of a ready package of documents for state cadastral registration to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, for the construction of a social infrastructure facility – multi-level parking. The conclusion is made about the rationality of using modern multi-level parking as a way to solve the problem of excessive number of vehicles on the streets of Krasnodar and lack of space for its placement.
