Рынок ценных бумаг является одним из важнейших механизмов формирования и пе рераспределения инвестиционных ресурсов. В статье представлен обзор последних изменений по ре гулированию российского рынка ценных бумаг, осуществлён анализ ключевых показателей деятельно сти профессиональных его участников за прошедший год, сделаны выводы по изменениям показателей в динамике, выявлены и озвучены причины таких изменений. Рассмотрены изменения в регулировании российского рынка ценных бумаг, вступающие в силу с 2020 года. Сделан акцент на значимости госу дарственного регулирования механизмов рынка ценных бумаг и его инструментов, обеспечивающих условия для успешной деятельности его профессиональных участников. The securities market is one of the most important mechanisms for the formation and redistribu tion of investment resources. The article provides an overview of the latest changes in the regulation of the Rus sian securities market, analyzes the key performance indicators of professional participants over the past year, draws conclusions on changes in the dynamics, identifies and makes public the reasons for such changes. Changes in the regulation of the Russian securities market are considered, which will come into force in 2020. The emphasis is placed on the importance of state regulation of the mechanisms of the securities market and its instruments, providing conditions for the successful activities of its professional participants. |
