В условиях современной застройки повышен спрос к созданию комфортной городской среды. Задача градостроителей по созданию современного и комфортного городского пространства всегда стоящая в приоритете, в настоящее время испытывает сложности, из-за перенаселенности городских районов. В статье предлагается рассмотреть, как взаимосвязь социальной инфраструктуры влияет на уровень комфортности городской среды. Исходя из существующих условий для жилых застроек приведен ряд критериев оценки городских территорий. Представлены решения в данном направлении исходя из положительного опыта в мировой практике. Рассмотрев с различных позиций изучаемую проблему, предложен ряд подходов к созданию комфортной городской среды. In the conditions of modern buildings, the demand for creating a comfortable urban environment has increased. The task of urban planners to create a modern and comfortable urban space is always a priority, currently experiencing difficulties due to overpopulation of urban areas. The article proposes to consider how the relationship of social infrastructure affects the level of comfort of the urban environment. Based on the existing conditions for residential buildings, a number of criteria for assessing urban areas are given. The solutions in this direction are presented based on the positive experience in world practice. Having considered the problem under study from various positions, a number of approaches to creating a comfortable urban environment are proposed. |
