| Description: | The results of the reorganization of the OGPU Museum of Archaeology and the experience of introducing the museum's archaeological collections into the legal field based on its features, material and human resources are presented. The priority directions in the museum's activities are characterized. Further strategies for the development of the museum are proposed for discussion: changing its organizational structure, presenting archaeological materials, educational work, and popularization of the archaeological heritage. The necessary accounting measures for the organization of stock and pre-fund storage are analyzed. The issues of organizing the accounting, curatorial and exhibition work of the museum in accordance with the current regulatory framework are considered. The peculiarities of the organization of the activities of museums that are not part of the structure of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation are highlighted, using the example of the OSPU Museum of archaeology. A range of topical issues on the movement of museum objects is outlined. Attention is paid to the issues of restoration and organization of field exhibitions Представлены итоги проведённой реорганизации Музея археологии ОГПУ и опыт введения в правовое поле археологических коллекций музея исходя из его особенностей, материальных и кадровых ресурсов. Охарактеризованы приоритетные направления в деятельности музея. Предложены к обсуждению дальнейшие стратегии развития музея, в связи с изменением его организационной структуры в части представления археологических материалов, просветительской работы, популяризации археологического наследия исходя из возможностей ведомственного музея. Проанализированы необходимые учётные мероприятия для организации фондового и дофондового хранения. Рассмотрены вопросы организации учётной, хранительской и выставочной работы музея в соответствии с актуальной нормативно-правовой базой по организации деятельности музеев применительно к музеям, не входящим в структуру Министерства культуры Российской Федерации, на примере Музея археологии ОГПУ. Очерчен круг проблем, не решённых на сегодняшний день по движению музейных предметов, – проведение реставрации и организация выездных выставок |
