Περιγραφή: Правительства всех стран стремятся обеспечить конкурентоспособность национальных экономик за счет устойчивого экономического роста и всеобщего доступа к доступной энергии. Последнее означает, что энергетическая безопасность достигается за счет внедрения новейших технологий совершенствования энергетической инфраструктуры, то есть постепенного сокращения объемов импорта углеводородов и поставок из местных эффективных низкоуглеродных источников. Приоритетом любой реформы является внедрение новых технологий, особенно в секторе энергетики. Учитывая ущерб, нанесенный энергетике НКР в результате войны, более чем актуальной является не только разработка и использование новых технологий, но и повышение за счет них энергоэффективности, обеспечение притока инвестиций и развитие отрасли. Governments of all countries strive to ensure the competitiveness of national economies through sustainable economic growth and universal access to affordable energy. The latter means that energy security is achieved through the introduction of the latest technologies to improve energy infrastructure, that is, a gradual reduction in the volume of hydrocarbon imports and supplies from local efficient low-carbon sources. The priority of any reform is the introduction of new technologies, especially in the energy sector. Taking into account the damage caused to the NKR energy sector as a result of the war, it is more than relevant not only to develop and use new technologies, but also to increase energy efficiency through them, ensure the inflow of investments and the development of the industry.
