В статье обоснована актуальность и приоритетность разработки новых подходов к формированию стратегии устойчивого развития региональных социально-экономических систем. Особое внимание уделяется пространственному развитию территорий аграрно-индустриальных регионов. Подробно представлены рекомендуемые диагностические процедуры, позволяющие более точно определять ключевые компоненты, в которых нарушен баланс социальной, экологической и экономической составляющих устойчивого развития. Представленные научные результаты имеют практическую ценность в рамках реализации политики пространственного развития аграрноиндустриальных регионов. The article substantiates the relevance and priority of developing new approaches to the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of regional socio-economic systems. Special attention is paid to the spatial development of the territories of agricultural and industrial regions. The recommended diagnostic procedures are presented in detail, allowing for more accurate identification of the key components in which the balance of the social, environmental and economic components of sustainable development is disturbed. The presented scientific results are of practical value in the framework of the implementation of the policy of spatial development of agricultural and industrial regions. |
