| Description: | The purpose of the study is to analyze the essence and content of one of the forms of cooperation – public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of Russian electric power industry in Russia. The urgent need to modernize the infrastructure of the industry, primarily on the basis of private capital, has now determined the relevance of PPP research. The results are obtained in the form of recommendations for the effective application of PPP, contributing to project management. Цель исследования заключается в анализе сущности и содержания одной из форм кооперации – государственно-частное партнерство (ГЧП) в сфере российской электроэнергетики России. Назревшая необходимость модернизации инфраструктуры отрасли, в первую очередь, на основе частного капитала в настоящее время определила актуальность исследования ГЧП. Получены результаты в форме рекомендаций для эффективного применения ГЧП, внося вклад в управление проектами. |
