Главной целью данной работы является анализ мер государственной поддержки малого и среднего бизнеса (далее - МСБ) властями Российской Федерации и Республики Калмыкия и их влияние на развитие МСБ в экономической подсистеме экономики РФ - экономике Республики Калмыкии в условиях пандемии (коронавирусной инфекции). Нами предпринята попытка выявления перспектив и возможностей развития МСБ в кризисный период и в будущем. В качестве методов исследования в статье использовались систематизация и обобщение. Результаты исследования подтвердили, что проблему устойчивого развития малого и среднего предпринимательства одними финансовыми вливаниями не решишь. Для достижения данной цели необходимы масштабные изменения, в том числе в структуре экономики, выход на новые рынки, рост экспорта, демонополизация рынков внутри страны. The main purpose of this work is to analyze the measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) by the authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republicof Kalmykia and their impact on the development of SMEs in its economic subsystem - the economy of the Republic of Kalmykia in the context of a pandemic (coronavirus infection). We have made an attempt to identify theprospects and opportunities for the development of SMEs in the crisis period and in the future. The article usessystematization and generalization as research methods. The results of the study confirmed that the problem ofsustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses cannot be solved by financial injections alone. To achieve this goal, large-scale changes are needed, including in the structure of the economy, access to newmarkets, export growth, and de-monopolization of markets within the country. |
