| Description: | Russia-India relations are a very important bilateral relationship in the world today and are of general concern to the international community. Russia and India are traditional friendly strategic partners with each other, and have established preferential strategic partnerships in political, economic, military and other fields. With the introduction of the Biden administration’s new version of the US “Indo-Pacific Strategy”, the United States increasingly regards India as the key to the advancement of the strategy, and has taken a series of measures to win over India to promote the implementation of its strategy. Affected by U.S. factors, the relations between Russia and India are facing new challenges. The study of the influence of the “Indo-Pacific Strategy” of the United States on Russian-Indian relations allows us to conclude that India is more oriented towards the United States. However, American factors cannot have a significant impact on Russian-Indian relations. For Russia, the development of relations with India contributes to preventing the consolidation of the dominant role of the United States in the region, strengthening its influence in it, etc. For India, in comparison with US-Indian relations, relations with Russia are more stable. The development of relations with the Russian Federation helps to curb the expansion of US influence in South Asia. В современном мире российско-индийские отношения имеют большое значение и вызывают интерес со стороны международного сообщества. Традиционно, Россия и Индия являются дружественными государствами и стратегическими партнерами. Между ними установлены партнерские отношения в политической, экономической, военной и других областях. С введением администрацией Дж. Байдена новой версии американской «Индо-Тихоокеанской стратегии» США рассматривают Индию как «ключ» к ее продвижению. Под влиянием Соединенных Штатов отношения между Россией и Индией сталкиваются с новыми вызовами и требуют актуального рассмотрения. Изучение влияния «Индо-Тихоокеанской стратегии» США на российско-индийские отношения позволяет сделать вывод о том, что Индия в большей мере ориентирована на США. Однако американские факторы не могут оказать значительного влияния на российско-индийские отношения. Для России развитие отношений с Индией способствует препятствованию закрепления доминирующей роли США в регионе, укреплению ее влияния в нем, и пр. Для Индии, по сравнению с американо-индийскими отношениями, отношения с Россией более стабильны. Развитие отношений с РФ способствует сдерживанию расширения влияния США в Южной Азии. |
