В статье анализируются вопросы эволюции теории элит в условиях современного государства. Акцентируется внимание на проблематике расширения исследовательской оптики элит, социально-политической проблематике функционирования элит в условиях трансформирующегося общества. Преемственность теории элит В. Парето, Г. Моски, Р. Михельса, П.А. Сорокина в трудах современных ученых видится в расширении исследовательских форм и методов, раскрытия действий элит и ее воспроизводства в условиях сетевого управления. The article analyzes the evolution of the theory of elites in the conditions of a modern state. Attention is focused on the problems of expanding the research optics of the elites, the socio-political problems of the functioning of the elites in a transforming society. The continuity of the theory of elites by V. Pareto, G. Mosca, R. Michels, P. Sorokin in the works of modern scientists is seen in the expansion of research forms and methods, the disclosure of the actions of the elites and its reproduction in the conditions of network management. |
