| Description: | В статье рассматриваются электронный документ и электронный документооборот как основа внедрения информационных технологий в деятельность Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации. Автор констатирует, что задачи повышения эффективной работы современных информационно-электронных и телекоммуникационных технологий, используемых в деятельности Государственной Думы, требуют постоянного поступательного развития, причем такое развитие должно происходить в тех же направлениях, что и цифровизация деятельности иных органов государственной власти в Российской Федерации. Предлагается Управлению документационного обеспечения совместно с Управлением информационно-технологического обеспечения Аппарата Государственной Думы проработать основу для внедрения полноценного электронного документооборота в Государственной Думе, в том числе разработать и внедрить для использования бланки всех структурных подразделений Аппарата Государственной Думы и депутатов Государственной Думы. The article deals with electronic document and electronic document flow as the basis for the implementation of information technology in the activities of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The author states that the tasks of increasing the efficiency of modern information-electronic and telecommunication technologies used in the activities of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation require constant progressive development, and such development should take place in the same directions as the digitalization of the activities of other public authorities in the Russian Federation. It is proposed that the Department of Documentary Support together with the Department of Information and Technological Support of the State Duma Office should work out the basis for implementing a full-fledged electronic document flow in the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, including the development and implementation for use of forms of all structural subdivisions of the State Duma Office and deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. |
