В статье рассмотрены особенности воспроизводства населения сельских территорий Свердловской области. Исследование проблем воспроизводства населения в регионе является актуальным. Центральным звеном системы воспроизводства населения является рынок труда, следовательно, вопросы значимости уровня заработной платы и неценовых факторов занимают не последнее место. Процесс воспроизводства населения характеризуется достаточной длительностью и многофакторностью, что требует от всех участников воспроизводственного процесса активного участия и принятия мер по созданию привлекательных условий для жизни в регионе. The article discusses the features of the reproduction of the population of rural areas of the Sverdlovsk region. The study of the problems of population reproduction in the region is relevant. The central link in the system of population reproduction is the labor market, therefore, the issues of the significance of the level of wages and non-price factors are not the last. The process of population reproduction is characterized by a sufficient duration and multifactorial nature, which requires all participants in the reproduction process to actively participate and take measures to create attractive conditions for life in the region. |
