Статья посвящена рассмотрению особенностей функционирования и развития обрабатывающих предприятий в условиях ограничений, вызванных влиянием мировых экономических и геополитических процессов, а также обусловленных специфическими особенностями развития обрабатывающего сектора в России. Цель исследования –рассмотреть проблемы и возможности развития производственной базы отечественных обрабатывающих предприятий для целей обеспечения устойчивого развития и достижения экономической суверенитета страны. Научная новизна состоит в оценке современных тенденций и перспектив развития обрабатывающего сектора в условиях действия комплекса факторов инвестиционной и инновационной активности, мер государственной промышленной политики. В перспективе решение наиболее острой проблемы износа активной части основных фондов обрабатывающих предприятий- машин и оборудования- должно лежать не только в области переналадки поставок импортного оборудования, но в первую очередь за счет стимулирования развития внутреннего производства. The article is devoted to the consideration of the features of the functioning and development of manufacturing enterprises under conditions of restrictions caused by the influence of global economic and geopolitical processes, as well as due to the specific features of the development of the manufacturing sector in Russia. The purpose of the study is to consider the problems and opportunities for developing the production base of domestic manufacturing enterprises for the purposes of ensuring sustainable development and achieving the economic sovereignty of the country. The scientific novelty lies in the assessment of current trends and prospects for the development of the manufacturing sector under the influence of a complex of factors of investment and innovation activity, and measures of state industrial policy. In the future, the solution to the most acute problem of wear and tear of the active part of fixed assets of manufacturing enterprises - machinery and equipment - should lie not only in the area of readjustment of supplies of imported equipment, but primarily by stimulating the development of domestic production. |
