Статья посвящена вопросам совершенствования системы показателей оценки эффективности деятельности высших должностных лиц (руководителей) и органов исполнительной власти в регионах с преимущественным развитием нефтегазовых отраслей. Обоснована необходимость доработки действующей методики оценки эффективности в части учета приоритетов регионального развития. Предложен перечень показателей для оценки эффективности деятельности высших должностных лиц и органов исполнительной власти нефтегазовых регионов в сфере инновационного развития. The article is devoted to the issues of improving the indicators system for evaluating the efficiency of the executive authorities’ activity of the Russian Federation regions with the predominant development of the oil and gas industries. The need to refine the current methodology for assessing efficiency, so as to reflect the priorities of regional development, is substantiated. A list of indicators for the efficiency assessment of the executive authorities of the oil and gas regions in the field of innovative development is proposed. |
