В настоящее время почти у каждого человека присутствует возможность выхода в глобальную сеть, где зачастую, он сам передаёт свои персональные данные, не задумываясь о последствиях, оставленных следов в интернете. В статье рассмотрены ключевые аспекты развития законодательства Российской Федерации в области защиты персональных данных. А также был произведён сравнительно-правовой анализ законодательств различных стран в этой области. Сообщения о массовых утечках персональных данных участились, в связи с этим тема защиты персональных данных вызывает всё больше внимания. Так же упоминаются инциденты, произошедшие в РФ, и указывающие на неосторожность распространения конфиденциальной информации. Currently, almost every person has the opportunity to access the global network, where often, they themselves transmit their personal data without thinking about the consequences of leaving traces on the Internet. The article considers the key aspects of the development of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of various countries in this area was also made. Reports of mass leaks of personal data have become more frequent, and in this regard, the topic of personal data protection is attracting more and more attention. Also mentioned are incidents that occurred in the Russian Federation and indicate the carelessness of distributing confidential information. |
