Περιγραφή: The article gives a theoretical analysis of the phenomenon of “musical culture”, provides the meanings of this concept by various authors in a wide and narrow sense, examines various conceptual approaches, programs, forms and methods of developing a musical culture of an individual. Using the study of works of researchers of theoretical ideas about music, the author shows the main functions of music, its influence on the formation of personality. The formation of a musical culture of a person is considered as development of a person’s spiritual needs, his moral ideas, intellect, and aesthetic assessment of life phenomena. The components of musical culture are justified: musical values, types of creative activity, social institutes and institutions, individual creators and performers. The author summarizes that forming musical culture contributes to the development of traits of a new personality, his new abilities, the most important spiritual and moral sphere for a person.
В статье дается теоретический анализ феномена «музыкальная культура», приводятся значения данного понятия, представленные различными авторами в широком и узком смысле, рассматриваются различные концептуальные подходы, программы, формы и методы развития музыкальной культуры личности. На основании изучения работ исследователей, касающихся теоретических представлений о музыке, автором показываются основные функции музыки, ее влияние на формирование личности, рассматриваемой как развитие духовных потребностей человека, его нравственных представлений, интеллекта, эстетической оценки жизненных явлений. Обоснованы компоненты музыкальной культуры: музыкальные ценности, виды творческой деятельности, социальные институты и учреждения, отдельные творцы и исполнители. Автор резюмирует, что формирование музыкальной культуры способствует развитию новых качеств личности, ее способностей, важнейшей для человека духовно-нравственной сферы.
