| Description: | Relevance. In the conditions of the emergence of new pathogenic and known microorganisms that continue to circulate in the air, it is necessary to study the influence of architectural planning solutions and ventilation of hospitals on the spread of infectious agents in them. The detection and confirmation of the connection between hygienic factors of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the internal environment of hospitals and the morbidity of medical personnel imply the competent use of these factors to further reduce and prevent the appearance of new outbreaks of infections associated with medical care, as well as the identification of their causes and the search for effective prevention methods. Goal. Conducting a comprehensive analysis of research in the field of hygienic factors of sanitary and epidemiological well-being, APR and ventilation of hospitals, their impact on staff health and the spread of infections associated with medical care. Materials and methods. To identify the relationship between the incidence of medical personnel and the hygienic aspects of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being in hospitals, the authors analyzed 4,452 publications, of which 60 works were selected that fit the specified topic. The data was searched using the databases Elibrary, CyberLeninka, Pubmed for the period 2011-2024, by keywords: architectural and planning solutions, air flows, ventilation, incidence of medical personnel. Results. This article presents an analysis of scientific articles by domestic and foreign authors devoted to the influence of architectural planning solutions and ventilation systems on the incidence of medical personnel. The data obtained allow us to consider the air environment of hospitals, the location of departments and premises as the main adverse factors in the development of occupational diseases in patients. The presented data indicate the relationship between MP diseases and unfavorable working conditions. Conclusion. On the one hand, air environment is the main route of transmission of infectious agents, and on the other hand, it protects medical personnel from harmful chemicals that cause long–term consequences and occupational diseases. Studies of the cleanliness of the sun, ventilation systems and architectural planning solutions in a large hospital are of great scientific interest to explain the possible mechanism of transmission of infections between staff and patients in a chaotic manner. Актуальность. В условиях появления новых патогенных и продолжающих циркулировать в воздушной среде известных микроорганизмов, необходимо изучение влияния ар хитектурно планировочных решений (АПР) и вентиляции стационаров на распространение в них инфекционных агентов. Обнаружение и подтверждение связи гигиенических факторов санитарно эпидемиологического благополучия внутренней среды стационаров и заболеваемости медицинского персонала (МП) подразумевают грамотное использование данных факторов для дальнейшего снижения и предотвращения появления новых вспышек инфекций, связанных с оказанием медицинской помощи (ИСМП), а также выявление их причин и поиск эффективных методов профилактики. Цель. Проведение всестороннего анализа исследований в области гигиенических факторов санитарно-эпидемиологического благополучия, АПР и вентиляции стационаров, их влияния на здоровье персонала и распространение ИСМП. Материалы и методы. Для выявления взаимосвязи между заболеваемостью МП и гигиеническими аспектами обеспечения санитарно эпидемиологического благополучия в стационарах авторами было проанализировано 4452 публикаций, из которых выделено 60 работ, подходящих под указанную тема тику. Поиск данных осуществлялся по базам Elibrary, CyberLeninka, Pubmed за период 2011 2024 гг., по ключевым словам: архитектурно планировочные решения, воздушные потоки, вентиляция, заболеваемость МП. Результаты. В данном обзоре представлен анализ научных статей отечественных и зарубежных авторов, посвященных вопросам влияния АПР и систем вентиляции на заболеваемость МП. Полученные данные позволяют рассматривать воздушную среду (ВС) стационаров, расположение отделений и помещений, как основные неблагоприятные факторы развития профессиональных заболеваний у МП. Представленные данные свидетельствуют о взаимосвязи заболеваний МП и неблагоприятных условий труда. Заключение. ВС является с одной стороны основным путем передачи инфекционных агентов, а с другой защитой МП от вредных химических веществ, вызывающих отдаленные последствия и профессиональные заболевания. Исследования чистоты ВС, систем вентиляции и АПР в крупном стационаре представляет большой научный интерес, для объяснения возможного механизма пе редачи инфекций между персоналом и пациентами в хаотичном порядке. |
