| Description: | В статье проводилась оценка степени влияния лесопромышленного кластера «ПоморИнноваЛес» на показатели экономической безопасности Архангельской области. Был проведен анализ нормативно-правового обеспечения кластерной политики в России и в Архангельской области в частности, также апробированы такие количественные методы оценки влияния деятельности кластера на экономическую безопасность региона как метод структурных сдвигов, метод оценки агломерационных эффектов, корреляционно-регрессионный анализ. Goal of the article is to evaluate the impact of PomorInnovaLes forest industry cluster on the economic security indicators of Arkhangelsk region. Legislative environment of cluster policy in Russia and Arkhangelsk region was analyzed. Approbation of the specified quantitative methods for evaluation of the impact of cluster activities on the economic security of the region was carried out. Such methods as Shift-Share method, correlation and regression analysis, method of evaluation of agglomeration effects were used. |
