Description: The author considers the «deep state» as a force that can undermine the legitimacy of the current government. The «deep state» is a hybrid combination of elements of government and subjects of financial and industrial capital, capable of managing the real political process not only in the country, but also beyond its borders. The features and structure of the «deep state» are considered using the example of the United States.
Автор рассматривает «глубинное государство» как силу, которая может подрывать легитимность действующей власти. «Глубинное государство» представляет собой гибридное объединение элементов органов власти и субъектов финансово-промышленного капитала, способное управлять реальным политическим процессом не только в стране, но и за ее пределами. На примере США рассматриваются особенности и структура «глубинного государства».
