На современном этапе в экономике России актуальным вопросом является поиск путей эффективного функционирования рынка овощей, с целью регулирования объемов производства продукции и реализации. Особенно остро эта проблема отражается на состоянии продовольственного рынка, развитие которого определяет обеспеченность населения продуктами питания и социально-экономический статус государства. В статье рассмотрено современное состояние рынка овощей в России, а также проведено соотношение производства овощей к рекомендуемым нормам потребления. At the present stage in the Russian economy, an urgent issue is to find ways of efficient functioning of the vegetable market in order to regulate the volume of production and sales. This problem is especially acute in the state of the food market, the development of which determines the provision of the population with food products and the socio-economic status of the state. The article discusses the current state of the vegetable market in Russia, as well as the ratio of vegetable production to the recommended consumption rates. |
