| Description: | The article reveals the risks and restrictions specifics for businesses using ecosystems as products sales channels. It is noted that there is a imposing ecosystem services risk on customers through the intelligent technologies use. Attention is paid to the relationship between the client and the ecosystem. It proves the need to invest in the creation and development of ecosystems as a modern form of products and services sales. Ecosystem development is linked to innovation and technology and as a result influences the competitive landscape. It is concluded that international ecosystems penetrate local markets through mergers and acquisitions. It is required to regulate ecosystems and their development at the state level. Статья раскрывает особенности рисков и ограничений для бизнеса, использующего экосистемы в качестве каналов продаж пакетных продуктов. Отмечается, что существует риск навязывания услуг экосистем клиентам благодаря использованию интеллектуальных технологий. Уделяется внимание взаимоотношениям клиента и экосистемы. Доказывается необходимость инвестирования в создание и развитие экосистем как современной формы продаж продуктов и услуг. Развитие экосистем связано с инновациями и технологиями и в результате влияет на конкурентную среду. Делается вывод, что международные экосистемы на местные рынки проникают через слияния и поглощения. Требуется регулировать экосистемы и развивать их на государственном уровне. |
