Description: In the paper, the meaning of pedagogical support and its functions in the organization of independent work of students in the ergatic educational environments are considered. Principles of organization of pedagogical support in the ergatic educational environment are defined, taking into account of which allows to realize needs of participants performing independent work arising in the educational process, including the definition of goals and ways to achieve them. The importance of relying on a situational and functional approach in organizing independent work is proved. It is grounded that it allows not only shifting the role of the teacher to the level of support, but at the same time contributing to the transformation of the student from an Object of teaching into a Subject of his own actions, not only realizing the need to make his own decision when performing the task, but also understanding his responsibility for its results
В представленной работе рассмотрена сущность педагогического сопровождения и его функции при организации самостоятельной работы студентов в эргатических образовательных средах. Определены принципы организации педагогического сопровождения в эргатической образовательной среде, учёт которых позволяет реализовать возникающие в образовательном процессе потребности субъектов, выполняющих самостоятельную работу, включая определение цели и способы их достижения. Доказана важность опоры при организации самостоятельной работы на ситуационно-функциональный подход, позволяющий не только сместить роль преподавателя на уровень поддержки или сопровождения, но в то же время способствовать превращению студента из объекта обучения в субъекта его собственных действий, не только осознающего необходимость принятия своего решения при выполнении поставленной задачи, но и понимающего свою ответственность за его результаты.
