| Περιγραφή: | Pyrotechnical devices have come a long way of technical improvements and have become an integral part of human life. As part of the investigation of the criminal cases related to pyrotechnical devices usage it is necessary to determine and assess the objects to be detected or seized as well as traces of their applying, that is, to determine their belonging to certain category (pyrotechnical devices, explosives, ammunition, explosive devices, etc.). It is necessary to choose correctly the way to solve and investigate the crime to have been committed. In its turn, criminalistic examination of pyrotechnical devices is an integral part of the preliminary investigation of the case as well as establishing the facts of the event to have been happened. The authors of the given article deal with the specifics of formation and examination of the traces of applying pyrotechnical devices while committing crimes. The authors studied the mechanism of formation of a trace pattern of the usage of fireworks products. The authors also identified a group of features that determine the usage of a certain pyrotechnic device. Taking into account wide range, variety of purposes and special effects, the authors of the article consider the issues of criminalistics examination of certain groups of fireworks products: crackers, firecrackers and fireworks. Пиротехнические средства прошли долгий путь технических усовершенствований и стали неотъемлемой частью жизни человека. В рамках расследования уголовных дел, связанных с пиротехническими средствами, возникает потребность в распознавании и оценке обнаруженных или изъятых объектов и следов их применения, т. е. в определении их принадлежности к той или иной категории (пиротехнические средства, взрывчатые вещества, боеприпасы, взрывные устройства и т. д.). От правильности решения данного вопроса зависит верное направление раскрытия и расследования совершенного преступления. В свою очередь, криминалистическое исследованиепиротехнических средств является неотъемлемой частью предварительного расследования по делу и установления фактов произошедшего события. В статье рассмотрены закономерности образования и исследования следов применения пиротехнических средств при совершении преступлений. Изучен механизм образования следовой картины применения пиротехнических изделий фейерверочного назначения. Выделена группа признаков, определяющих применение пиротехнического средства. Ввиду большого ассортимента рассматриваемых изделий, разнообразия назначений и специальных эффектов в работе рассмотрены вопросы криминалистического исследования отдельных групп пиротехнических изделий фейерверочного назначения: петард и салютов.
