| Description: | В статье представлены результаты анализа совместных инициатив России и Китая в части взаимодействия в рамках проектных команд. Автор выявил, что одной из ключевых проблем является недопонимание представителями бизнеса социокультурных реалий совместной работы, систематизировал основные направления разногласий, предложил укрупнённый план развития потенциала проектного сотрудничества и конкретные рекомендации для реализации этого плана. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы государственными органами в процессах реализации стратегии международного сотрудничества России и Китая, а также представителями бизнеса в процессе коммуникации в проектных командах. The article presents the results of the analysis of joint initiatives of Russia and China in terms of interaction within the framework of project teams. The author revealed that one of the key problems is the misunderstanding by business representatives of the socio-cultural realities of collaboration, systematized the main areas of disagreement, proposed an enlarged plan for the development of the potential of project cooperation and specific recommendations for the implementation of this plan. The results of the study can be used by government agencies in the implementation of the strategy of international cooperation between Russia and China, as well as by business representatives in the process of communication in project teams. |
