В статье рассматриваются цели современного антимонопольного регулирования в России. Подчеркивается высокая значимость разрешения проблем системы антимонопольного регулирования в современных условиях, связанных с изменением экономического состояния Российской Федерации. Выявляются современные тенденции, определяющие целесообразность обеспечения действенности методов, инструментов и механизмов антимонопольной деятельности государства. Подчеркивается необходимость обновления методов антимонопольного регулирования, закладывающаяся в основу разрешения сложившихся проблем. Выявлены следующие проблемы антимонопольного регулирования в РФ и её субъектах: противоречивость антимонопольной политики современным реформам, нацеленным на обеспечение национальной безопасности, недостаточная степень разработанности законодательных основ антимонопольного регулирования, а также несвоевременность реагирования на изменения экономической обстановки, а как следствие, несовершенство методологии антимонопольного регулирования. The article discusses the goals of modern antimonopoly regulation in Russia. The high importance of solving the problems of the antimonopoly regulation system in modern conditions associated with the changing economic state of the Russian Federation is emphasized. The current trends determining the expediency of ensuring the effectiveness of methods, tools and mechanisms of antimonopoly activity of the state are identified. The necessity of updating the methods of antimonopoly regulation, which forms the basis for solving the existing problems, is emphasized. The following problems of antimonopoly regulation in the Russian Federation and its subjects have been identified: inconsistency of antimonopoly policy with modern reforms aimed at ensuring national security, insufficient degree of elaboration of the legislative framework of antimonopoly regulation, as well as untimely response to changes in the economic situation, and as a consequence, imperfection of the methodology of antimonopoly regulation. |
