| Description: | From a modern point of view, periodontitis is caused not only by exposure to pathogenic microorganisms in the tooth cavity, but develops as a reaction of the whole body to a bacterial infection. In the pathogenesis of chronic periodontitis, a significant role is played by factors that occur in any system of the whole organism, causing a violation of the stability of the internal environment of the body and, as a result, causing structural changes in the periodontal tissue. The commonality, anatomicalphysiological proximity of innervation and humoral regulation of the periodontal tissue and digestive system creates the conditions for the emergence of persistent inflammatory processes in the periodontal tissue against the background of ulcerative diseases of the digestive tract. С современной точки зрения пародонтит вызывается не только воздействием патогенных микроорганизмов в полости зуба, а развивается как реакция всего организма на бактериальную инфекцию. В патогенезе хронического пародонтита значительную роль играют факторы, возникающие в любой системе всего организма, вызывающие нарушение стабильности внутренней среды организма и, как следствие, вызывающие структурные изменения в ткани пародонта. Общность, анатомофизиологическая близость иннервации и гуморальной регуляции ткани пародонта и системы пищеварения создает условия для возникновения стойких воспалительных процессов в ткани пародонта на фоне язвенных заболеваний пищеварительного тракта. |
