Περιγραφή: Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью эффективного приспособления производственных предприятий к существующим рыночным условиям за счет обоснованной оценки существующих конкурентных позиций и выработки мер, направленных на повышение конкурентоспособности бизнеса. На фоне недостаточной экономической эффективности деятельности ООО «ТАС-МОНОЛИТСТРОЙ», у предприятия ухудшается состояние оборотных активов. Соответственно, перед ООО «ТАС-МОНОЛИТСТРОЙ» остро стоит необходимость повысить свою конкурентоспособность. Для повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия было предложено принять участие в тендерах, внедрить инновации в строительстве с целью повышения качества, более активно осуществлять рекламную деятельность. Указанные мероприятия должны привести к росту выручки и снизить среднюю себестоимость услуг за счет снижения удельных условно-постоянных затрат. Предложенные мероприятия непременно улучшат конкурентоспособность ООО «ТАС-МОНОЛИТСТРОЙ», что позитивно отразится на показателях экономической эффективности деятельности предприятия.
The relevance of the study is determined by the need for effective adaptation of manufacturing enterprises to existing market conditions through a reasonable assessment of existing competitive positions and the development of measures aimed at improving the competitiveness of the business. Against the background of insufficient economic efficiency of the activities of LLC "TAS-MONOLITSTROY", the company's current assets are deteriorating. Accordingly, TAS-MONOLITSTROY LLC faces an urgent need to increase its competitiveness. To increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, it was proposed to take part in tenders, introduce innovations in construction in order to improve quality, and more actively carry out advertising activities. These measures should lead to revenue growth and reduce the average cost of services by reducing unit fixed costs. The proposed measures will certainly improve the competitiveness of LLC "TAS-MONOLITSTROY", which will have a positive impact on the indicators of economic efficiency of the enterprise.
