| Περιγραφή: | Статья посвящена исследованию методологии отечественной юридической науки. Автор на основе анализа текущего момента раскрывает действующую методологию отечественной юридической науки, в том числе влияние на нее внедрения Болонского процесса в российское образование. На этом фоне анализируется состояние российской элиты и отмечается необходимость смены элит. Показан механизм отмены «болонизации» высшей школы и необходимость перехода к подготовке специалистов. The article is devoted to the study of the methodology of domestic legal science. Based on the analysis of the current moment, the author reveals the current methodology of domestic legal science, including the impact on it of the introduction of the Bologna process in Russian education. Against this background, the state of the Russian elite is analyzed and the need for a change of elites is noted. The mechanism of the abolition of the "Bolonization" of higher education and the need for a transition to the training of specialists are shown. |
