Современное экономическое развитие регионов проходит в условиях уже сложившейся отраслевой структуры и пространственной организации их экономики. В основе этих процессов лежат территориальные различия в условиях и факторах экономической деятельности, которые являются естественными причинами формирования и развития экономических процессов. Вместе с тем складывающаяся структура экономики, её территориальное расположение может требовать корректировки, например, в условиях перехода экономики к инновационному типу развития, потребности создания новых наукоемких отраслей, взамен существующих старых, при структурных изменениях экономики. Подобная перестройка экономики представляет сложную организационно-управленческую задачу. Перспективным решением здесь является целенаправленное создание территорий инновационного профиля, способных формировать изменения в экономическом пространстве региона. В представленной статье рассматривается опыт управления инновационным развитием региона и создания территорий инновационного профиля для Краснодарского края. Данный вопрос имеет особое значение для перестройки экономики аграрного региона, которым является Краснодарский край, однако он имеет значение и для других регионов нашей страны, ставящих задачи осуществления структурных трансформаций в своей экономике. The modern economic development of the regions takes place in the conditions of the already established sectoral structure and spatial organization of their economy. These processes are based on territorial differences in the conditions and factors of economic activity, which are the natural reasons for the formation and development of economic processes. At the same time, the emerging structure of the economy, its territorial location may require adjustment, for example, in the context of the transition of the economy to an innovative type of development, the need to create new knowledge-intensive industries, instead of existing old ones, with structural changes in the economy. Such a restructuring of the economy presents a difficult organizational and managerial task. A promising solution here is the purposeful creation of territories of an innovative profile that can shape changes in the economic space of the region. The presented article examines the experience of managing the innovative development of the region and creating territories of an innovative profile for the Krasnodar Territory. This issue is of particular importance for the restructuring of the economy of the agrarian region, which is the Krasnodar Territory, but it is also important for other regions of our country, which set the tasks of implementing structural transformations in their economy. |
