В данной статье авторы на основе анализа научных трудов в области социальной работы, педагогики и психологии выделили основные проблемы семей, воспитывающих детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ). Среди них: социально-медицинские, социально-экономические, проблемы воспитания, социально-профессиональные и социально-педагогические. Все эти проблемы оказывают существенное влияние на эффективность мер социальной реабилитации детей с ОВЗ. Гипотеза исследования заключается в предположении о том, что существующие определенные проблемы, возникающие при организации социальной реабилитации детей с ОВЗ, могут быть разрешены путем использования психолого-педагогических методов, организации социально-культурных мероприятий. Результаты авторского эмпирического исследования, респондентами которого стали студенты кафедры социальной работы и психолого-педагогического образования ФГБОУ ВО «Магнитогорский государственный технический университет им. Г. И. Носова» — участники программы по социальной реабилитации детей с ОВЗ, проводимой БФ «Металлург» (г. Магнитогорск), позволили определить основные факторы риска социальной реабилитации, а также возможные пути совершенствования этого процесса. Так, основным затруднением у волонтеров при взаимодействии с детьми были дефекты речи и потребность в тактильных контактах. Первоначально информация о детях с ОВЗ несет страх при потенциальном взаимодействии с ними. Наиболее эффективная социальная реабилитация детей с ОВЗ осуществляется при помощи социально-культурных мероприятий, при которых они активно взаимодействуют со специалистами и волонтерами, получающими полезный социальный опыт, т. е. дети с ОВЗ сами включаются в процесс своей реабилитации. При таком факторе у проводимой реабилитации будут позитивные итоги. In this article, the authors, based on the analysis of scientific works in the field of social work, pedagogy and psychology, identified the main problems of families raising children with disabilities. Among them are: socio-medical, socio-economic, educational, socio-professional and socio-pedagogical problems. All these problems have a significant impact on the effectiveness of social rehabilitation measures for children with disabilities. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that certain existing problems arising in the organization of social rehabilitation of children with disabilities can be resolved through the use of psychological and pedagogical methods, the organization of socio-cultural events. The results of the authors’ empirical research, the respondents of which were students of the Department of Social Work and Psychological and Pedagogical Education of the Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University — participants of the program for the social rehabilitation of children with disabilities, conducted by the Metallurg Foundation (Magnitogorsk), allowed to identify the main risk factors of social rehabilitation, as well as possible ways to improve this process. Thus, the main difficulties for volunteers in interacting with children were speech defects and the need for tactile contacts. Initially, information about children with disabilities carries fear of potential interaction with them. The most effective social rehabilitation of children with disabilities is carried out with the help of socio-cultural events, in which they actively interact with specialists and volunteers who receive useful social experience, that is, children with disabilities themselves are included in the process of their rehabilitation. With this factor, the ongoing rehabilitation will have positive results. |
