Περιγραφή: In connection with the long-term plans for the development of the airport imply prospects for long-term planning of its modernization and construction. The need to work out various options for its further transformation at the initial stage of design is linked to the purpose of optimizing the cost of modernization and reconstruction. The dynamics of air transportation and the growth of passenger flow determine the new tasks of integrated airport planning. Solving these problems forces to form a dynamic typology of the airport and, thus, to justify the spatial directions of development and determine the stages of implementation of programs for their subsequent modernization. Characteristics of evaluation of typological schemes are reflected in parameters of airport formation in relation to runway, which are proposed for modeling of perspective urban planning scheme of airport.
Долгосрочные планы развития аэрокомплекса предполагают перспективы долгосрочного планирования его модернизации и строительства. Необходимость прорабатывать различные варианты его дальнейшей трансформации на начальном этапе проектирования увязывается с целью оптимизации затрат на модернизацию и реконструкцию. Динамика авиаперевозок и рост пассажирского потока определяют новые задачи комплексного планирования аэрокомплексов. Решение этих задач заставляет сформировать динамичную типологию аэрокомплексов и, таким образом, обосновать пространственные направления развития и определить этапы реализации программ их последующей модернизации. Характеристики оценки типологических схем находят свое отражение в параметрах формирования аэрокомплекса по отношению к взлетно-посадочным полосам, которые предлагаются для моделирования перспективной градостроительной схемы аэрокомплексов.
