Περιγραφή: Преодоление сохраняющегося однонаправленного подхода (аграрная и социальная доминанты) возможно через оценку состояния сельских территорий не только как социальноэкономических формирований, но и как хозяйствующих рыночных субъектов. В связи с этим предлагается с новых позиций подойти к оценке стартовых возможностей сельских территорий, т.е. определять не только уровень их социального не благополучия, а оценивать их потенциал и не просто потенциал, а конкурентоспособный потенциал, поскольку все субъекты функционируют в рыночной среде и в конечном счете он определяет эффективность всех процессов и механизмов. Overcoming the remaining unidirectional approach (agricultural and social dominants) is possible through assessing the state of rural territories not only as socio-economic entities, but also as economic market entities. In this regard, it is proposed to approach the assessment of the starting capacities of rural territories from new positions, i.e. to determine not only the level of their social not well-being, but to assess their potential and not just potential, but competitive potential, since all entities operate in a market environment and ultimately it determines the effectiveness of all processes and mechanisms.
