E-mail: aigulmd@yandex.ru Одной из ключевых проблем современного регионального развития является углубление межрегиональных диспропорций и углубление неравенства. На основе анализа существующих методических подходов предложена авторская методика оценки межрегиональных диспропорций. Автором сформулирован вывод о том, что решением проблемы межрегиональных диспропорций является эффективное использование человеческого капитала региона. One of the key problems of modern regional development is the deepening of interregional disparities and deepening inequality. Based on the analysis of existing methodological approaches, the author's method for assessing interregional disproportions is proposed. The author formulated the conclusion that the solution to the problem of interregional disproportions is the effective use of the human capital of the region. |
